We have an extensive overhaul and rewind facilities. This is further supported by our transformer manufacturing division and design team.
We provide a critical transformer failure service. This includes full overhauls and transformer rewinds. All our transformer rewinds are carried out by time served winders. We have our own dedicated testing & quality department who tests in accordance with BSEN60076.

Yes, however it will all depend on the construcion of the unit.
Do transformers degrade?

Yes. Having a transformer rewound to the original specification is a critical. We can guarantee this by, recording all technical data throughout the disassembling process. Using the same standards as our manufacturing process. This ensures the reassembly is to the highest of standards.
